GM Level:
- 17–20 years executive experience
- Minimum CTC ₹2.5 lakh per month (private sector)
DGM (Civil-Safety):
- 8–10 years executive experience

Assistant Manager:
- 5–7 years experience (Safety/Operations as per post)
- Minimum CTC approx ₹70,000 per month
Sr. Supervisor:
- 6 years experience in Metro/Railway operations

- CGM/GM: 57 years (Contract), 58 years (Deputation), 62 years (Post-superannuation)
