While the HSSC CET Result 2025 for Group C posts has been declared and the scorecards are live, the official category-wise and post-wise cut-off marks have NOT yet been released by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) on their website, www.hssc.gov.in.
The official cut-offs are expected to be announced soon, typically preceding the shortlisting of candidates for the next recruitment stage (Document Verification or Main Exam).
⚠️ Important Distinction: Qualifying Marks vs. Cut-Off Marks
It's crucial to understand the difference between the statutory Minimum Qualifying Marks (already declared) and the Final Shortlisting Cut-Off Marks (yet to be released).
1. Minimum Qualifying Marks (Mandatory)
These are the minimum scores required for a candidate to be considered "Qualified" in the CET exam, making their score card valid for three years.
2. Final Shortlisting Cut-Off Marks (Awaited)
This is the much higher score HSSC will use to shortlist candidates for the next stage (Mains Exam or Document Verification).
Criteria: HSSC typically shortlists candidates equal to four times (4X) the number of vacancies for a particular post and category.
Release Status: Awaited. The cut-off will be released in a separate notification on the official website.
📈 HSSC CET Expected Cut-Off 2025
